I Hid the Mafia Boss's Son - Episode 1

Six years ago, Mia was forced by Lady Gambino to take money, fake a miscarriage, and disappear with her unborn child—all to save Lucas, the wounded mafia heir she loved. Now Lucas rules the mafia and a pharmaceutical empire, while Mia works as a bar hostess to save their terminally ill son, Noah. Believing her a gold-digger who betrayed him, Lucas humiliates her relentlessly, and his fiancée Beatrice secretly cuts off Noah's medication. When Noah's life hangs in the balance, bloodstained photos and a paternity test finally reveal the truth: the woman Lucas hated for six years never betrayed him, and the child he despised is his own son.
